DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Parties

Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and performance of the service ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

No physical product will be shipped.

Delivery
The purchased service is prepared as a result of the analysis of the audio/video recordings submitted by the BUYER and delivered digitally.

Delivery time: 3-7 days

Right of Withdrawal
For digital content and personalized services, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the performance of the service has begun.

Payment
Payment is securely received via the iyzico infrastructure.

Disputes
In case of dispute, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.

Effectiveness
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted this agreement when placing an order through the site.
